Introducing the RAMCHECK DDR2 240-PIN ADAPTER
The RAMCHECK DDR2 Adapter (p/n INN-8668-12), is our newest development and has expanded the RAMCHECK into the DDR2 platform of memory testing. The RAMCHECK DDR2 adapter will test 240-pin PC2-3200, PC2-4300, PC2-5300/PC2-5400 and PC2-6400* DDR2 memory modules (*please refer to table below). Testing includes registered memory modules (ECC and non-ECC)  and un-buffered memory modules that comply with JEDEC standards. The new DDR2 adapter plugs into the existing RAMCHECK base memory tester. The DDR2 Adapter will also works with the base tester for the RAMCHECK DDR1 or RAMCHECK DDR1 Plus memory testers.

 By building the Test Engine on an adapter and keeping the connections between module and test engine as short as possible makes the DDR2 adapter the most cost-effective solution for testing high-speed DDR2 modules.  Inn addition to the built in features usually found in test equipment costing $20,000 or more.  Considering that 2GB DDR2 modules sell for hundreds of dollars and 4GB DDR2 modules sell for over a thousand, the RAMCHECK DDR2 Adapter will pay for itself in NO TIME…

The RAMCHECK DDR2 Adapter also enables you test DDR2 200-pin SO DIMMs for Laptops with the RAMCHECK DDR2 200-pin SO DIMM Converter. This inexpensive converter is designed for Low Volume testing of Laptop memory and fits inside the DDR2 adapter.

As with all of the RAMCHECK memory tester products, the adapter is extremely easy to use and No special setup is required. Just insert the adapter RAMCHECK memory tester base unit, turn the tester on, insert a module into the test socket, then press the F1 button.

The RAMCHECK DDR2 adapter is very easy to operate, with little training or setup required. As with all of the RAMCHECK memory testers, each memory module's size, type and configuration are automatically detected, without the need for user's setup. The test flow follows our standard Basic Test, Extensive Test, and Auto-Loop process.

As with all our RAMCHECK Memory Testers you still have the ability for SPD bit Programing, saving SPD bit files and Free firmware  upgrades through the internet.

DDR2 Frequency Support
The RAMCHECK DDR2 adapter can perform actual test frequencies up to 667MHz. The DDR2 test engine can achieve 800MHz internal diagnostic speeds and 800MHz modules can be functionally tested on the DDR2 adapter but at a reduced frequency.
